Who is responsible for your information

AsterNexis is the website brand of 星枢医策（海南）咨询有限公司, registered in Hainan, China. Questions and requests may be sent to info@asternexis.com.

Information we collect

The active assessment request collects contact and company details, company website, country or region, product details, regulatory status, objective, free-text information, and consent. We may also receive limited technical data necessary to operate and protect the site and submission process.

Analytics are disabled. Optional file upload remains disabled unless provider support, storage controls, privacy handling, and retention are separately approved.

How we use information

We use submitted information only to respond to enquiries, provide requested materials, conduct an initial assessment, operate and protect the request workflow, and conduct directly related business communications. We do not sell personal information. We do not use submitted information for marketing without your separate consent.

Formspree and international processing

The assessment form uses Formspree. Formspree receives, stores, processes, and routes submissions and related notifications. Formspree may process information outside the submitter’s jurisdiction. Its handling of information is described in the Formspree Privacy Policy and Formspree Terms of Service.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry, assessment, and guide-request information for no longer than 24 months, unless it is no longer needed, a valid deletion request is accepted earlier, or applicable law requires a longer period.

Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need the information for the purposes described above. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, but no transmission or storage method provides absolute security.

Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, objection to processing, and complaint to a relevant authority. Direct all requests to info@asternexis.com. We may need information sufficient to identify the relevant submission and verify the request.
